الرؤية

 يسعى مكتب العلاقات الدولية الى المساهمة فى أن تصبح كلية العلاج الطبيعى مؤسسة متميزة على المستوى الافليمى و الدولى فى مجال البحث العلمى و التعاون المشترك مع مختلف الجامعات.

Vision

 The international office is looking forward to participate in making the faculty of physical therapy a unique institute at the national and the international levels in the field of scientific research and cooperation with different universities.

الرسالة

  يعمل مكتب العلاقات الدولية بكلية العلاج الطبيعى-جامعة القاهرة الى تفعيل و تنشيط عملية التبادل العلمى بين مجتمع الكلية و الدول المتقدمة فى مجال العلاج الطبيعى بالاضافة الى المساهمة فى دفع عجلة النشر العلمى فى دوريات علمية متميزة و ذات معامل تأثير كبير.

Mission

 The international relations office aims to the activation and motivation of the process of student exchange between the faculty society and the advanced countries in the field of physical therapy in addition to the participation of pushing the wheel of scientific publication in the reputable scientific journals with a high impact factor.  

يعتبر مكتب العلاقات الدولية كيانا خدميا لأعضاء هيئة التدريس و معاونيهم بالكلية و يربط المكتب بمكتب العلاقات الدولية بالجامعة منسق العلاقات الدولية بالكلية، و يعد المكتب أداة لتطوير كافة الخدمات الاكاديمية بالجامعة و الارتقاء بها لأفضل المستويات و لتعظيم الاستفادة المنعكس مردودها على ثلاث فئات رئيسية:

• أعضاء هيئة التدريس و الهيئة المعاونة

• الطلاب (مرحلة التعليم الجامعى و الدراسات العليا)

• العاملين بالكلية (الاداريين).

تشمل ادارة مكتب العلاقات الدولية بالكلية:

• مدير المكتب: أ.م.د/سهير شحاته رزق الله

• مسئول المنح و المشروعات: د.آية خليل

• مدير وحدة الوافدين: د.عايدة أمير نصيف

The international relations office is an entity for the faculty members and the associate members and the international relations office of the faculty is submitted to that of the university, and the office is considered as a tool for the development of the all-academic services of the university and is promoting them to the best standard to allow benefit for the following three categories:

• The faculty members and their associate members.

• Students (undergraduate and postgraduate)

• The employers of the faculty.

The administration of the international relations office consists of:

• The manager: Prof.dr/ Soheir Shehta Rezkallah

• The responsible for the grants and projects: Dr/ Aya Khalil

• The responsible for the incoming students: Dr/ Ayda Amir Nassif.

و تنقسم ادارة مكتب العلاقات الى ثلاث ادارات هى:

• الادارة العامة للوافدين و التبادل الطلابى و المسئول عنها أ.م.د/عايدة أمير نصيف و الذى يعتبر همزة الوصل بين الطلاب الوافدين و ادارة الكلية (للتواصل) amir@cu.edu.eg تقوم الادارة العامة للوافدين بالتواصل مع الطلاب الوافدين لمرحلة الدراسات العليا و ذلك لتقديم الدعم الكامل لهم و تذليل أى عقبات تواجه الطلاب فى أثناء الدراسة.

• الادارة العامة للتعاون البحثى (المنح و المشروعات) و التبادل الأكاديمى و المسئول عنها د.آية خليل.

• الادارة العامة للاتفاقيات الدولية و المسئول عنها أ.م.د/سهير شحاته رزق الله (للتواصل soheirsamaan@yahoo.com).

The international relations office is divided into three departments:

• The general department of the incoming students that is considered the link between the incoming students and the faculty administration; for contact (amir@cu.edu.eg). The general department of the incoming students communicates with the postgraduates of the incoming students to offer them the full support and to overcome the difficulties that may face them during their study.

• The general department for research cooperation (grants and projects) and the academic exchange and the responsible is dr/Aya Khalil.

• The general department of the international agreements an d the responsible prof.dr/Soheir Shehata RezkAllah. For contact (soheirsamaan@yahoo.com).

أولا الجزء الخاص بالاتفاقيات الدولية و المنح العلمية

• التواصل مع مكتب العلاقات الثقافية بالكلية للاستعلام عن الأتفاقيات الدولية التابعة للكلية ” المفعل منها والغير مفعل” .

• الاعلان عن الدورات التدريبية المقدمة من مكتب العلاقات الدولية بالجامعة لتحديد إحتياجات أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة منها بالكلية

• الاعلان بالأقسام العلمية بالكلية عن بدء فتح المنح الدراسية  المقدمة من هيئة فولبرايت الأمريكية لعام 2018-2019.

• الاعلان علي السادة أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة بالأقسام العلمية بالكلية بورش العمل التى تعقدها DAAD Kairo Akademie  حول تطوير قدرات طلاب الدراسات العليا و الباحثين بطرق البحث العلمى و طرق الكتابة العلمية.

• الأعلان بالأقسام العلمية بالكلية عن ورش العمل التى تعقدها الكلية مع أساتذة من جامعات أجنبية أثناء زياراتهم لمصر.

First: the part which concerns the international agreements and the scientific grants and it includes

• The communication with the cultural affairs in the faculty for informing about the international agreement of the faculty “what is activated and what is not activated”.

• Announcement of the offered workshops from the IRO in the University for the detection of the needs of the faculty members and their associative.

• Announcement for the faculty members and the associative in the scientific departments of the scientific workshops offered by the DAAD Kairo Akademie on the development of the postgraduate student and the researchers abilities in research and the scientific writing.

• – Announcement in the scientific departments in the faculty on the scientific workshops that is done by the faculty in collaboration with foreign universities.

ثانيا: يتضمن المكتب وحدة الطلاب الوافدين تقوم بتسيير أمور الطلاب الوافدين بالكلية و بالجامعة و ذلك لمساعدنهم على الاقامة و الدراسة بجامعة القاهرة، و تتضمن:

• التواصل مع رئيس قسم شئون الطلاب لتوفيربيانات طلاب مرحلة البكالوريوس الوافدين بالكلية متضمن (الأسم – الجنسية- البريد الألكتروني – رقم الموبايل – حالة الطالب الدراسية ) و ذلك لعمل قاعدة بيانات للطلاب الوافدين حتى العام الجامعى الحالى.

• التواصل مع رئيس قسم الدراسات العليا قبل بدء الامتحانات لكل فصل دراسى و ذلك للاستعلام جدول امتحانات طلاب الدراسات العليا الوافدين ( دبلوم- ماجستير- دكتوراه) الذين يحق لهم دخول الامتحان ليتم التواصل مع الطلاب الوافدين و اعلامهم بحدول الامتحان و ذلك للمساعدة بتسهيل الاجرآت الأمنية الخاصة بهم.

• التواصل مع رؤساء الأقسام و موافاتنا بأسماء أعضاء هيئة التدريس منسقي المواد لمرحلتي ( البكالوريوس – الدراسات العليا ) للعام الجامعى 2022/2023   مع توافر بيانات سيادتهم ( رقم الموبايل- البريد الألكتروني) .

• تنظيم يوم ثقافى للوافدين المسمى بيوم الشعوب و تحت شعار “كلنا واحد” بالكلية و تحت رعاية الاستاذ الدكتور محمد عثمان الخشت رئيس الجامعة, و لمدة ثلاثة أعوام متتالية.

Second: The international student unit which facilitates the international student’s affairs in the faculty and the university for helping them for accommodation and studying in Cairo University.

• The communication with the head of the student affairs for the providence of the data of undergraduate international students the faculty regarding (name- nationality- email- cell phone- statement) to have a data base of the international students for the different educational years.

• The communication of the head of the postgraduate department before final exams for each semester for the announcement of the exams schedules for the students admitted to the exams in the different degrees (diploma- master- doctoral) for facilitation of the security procedures they take before entering the exams.

• The communication with the chairmen of the scientific departments to provide the office with the names of the faculty members and the year coordinators of the current year for the (undergraduate- postgraduate) via providing their (names- emails).

• The organization of the cultural event of the international students which is named the international day under the title “all is one” in the faculty under the supervision of the university president prof.dr/ Mohamed Othman Elkhoust for 3 successive years.
